Message by Music Music
for Ballet & Dance
Message By Music grew from what I perceived as a need to listen,
really listen, to music and the language it communicates. I saw
dancers who performed the movements, but who were not listening
to the music. I saw teachers, frustrated with the same music,
who did not have time to look for new music. This prompted me to
compose and record new music – in the sequence of the Royal
Academy of Dance exam syllabi.
