Executive Chef Coovashan Pillay oversees the kitchen and a staff of formally trained chefs, offering good old fashioned homestyle food with a Chef’s twist with subtle infusions and combinations that melt seamlessly without overpowering, this is a “foodies” nirvana! Freshness of food, excellence in preparation and presentation, and a philosophy of seriously sublime food in a relaxed atmosphere is what sets this restaurant apart. 

The menu has a variety of offerings which caters for all tastes and appetites. Open 7 days a week, this all day dining restaurant welcomes its guests at 06h30 serving a delectable continental breakfast with the hot breakfast served a la carte. The terrace menu which runs between 10h00 and 17h00 offers a variety of gourmet sandwiches, salads and burgers.

One of the main attractions at the Buzz is the wood fired pizza oven, the uniqueness of the pizza menu is that there is no pizza menu; guests are given the opportunity to design and create their pizza with available topping choices. The a la carte menus includes a variety of starters such as snails baked with garlic butter and gorgonzola, nachos with guacamole and pan fried calamari. Main course offers the guest choices of grills, deboned chicken, pastas and the Chef’s famous curries. Another appealing factor of the Buzz is that live interaction is encouraged and welcomed between the guest and the chefs. 

Our bar, Bombers @ The Buzz forms part of the outdoor terrace leading to the poolside. A variety of sundowners, cocktails, beers and draughts are on offer. Guests are encouraged to try our BBQ riblets, cold meat platters and snack baskets while enjoying their drink of choice.
